Painter and Curator George Milton

George Milton was a painter, anthropology instructor, and museum curator who resided at the Randall-Lewis House. Many of Milton's original works are on display at the LeMoyne Art Foundation, another institute founded by Clifton Van Brunt Lewis to serve and enrich the Tallahassee community. Milton had the first one man exhibit at LeMoyne when it opened in 1964. Well-traveled and well-loved, Milton's wit was recounted by many at the time of his passing in 2005.
